How do I buy an item?
Browse the marketplace, add items to your cart and check out. You'll get an order confirmation and live updates as the seller processes and ships your order.
How do I sell on Vendra?
Register as a seller, then open your store from the Sell page. Complete your store setup and start listing products — every seller profile is reviewed before going live.
How do returns work?
Items can be returned within 14 days if they arrive damaged, defective or not as described. Start a return from your orders page and the seller will arrange the rest.
How do I track my order?
Open your orders page and select the order. You'll see real-time status updates as it moves from processing to shipped to delivered.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are handled securely and we never store card details. Your personal information is encrypted on our systems.
