We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, delivery address, payment details when you place an order, and business details when you register as a seller. We also collect information automatically: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and referral source.
2. How we use your information
We use your data to process orders, communicate with you about your purchases, improve the platform, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with: sellers (order details), payment processors (EcoCash, card networks), delivery partners (address, phone), and authorities when legally required. All third parties are contractually bound to protect your data.
4. Data retention
We keep order data for 7 years for tax and dispute purposes. Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion by emailing privacy@vendra.co.zw — we will comply within 30 days unless legal retention applies.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to processing, and request data portability. Contact privacy@vendra.co.zw to exercise these rights.
